HAPPY CHRISTMAS
As the term draws to a close with our annual Carol Service and Talent Show, we would like to take this opportunity to acknowledge the many successes and achievements of our students over the past few months. Thank you also to the management and staff of the school who have supported the students and encouraged them to achieve their potential. Finally, thank you to the members of the Board of Management, the Parents' Association and to all the parents whose ongoing support ensures our continued success in the school. We wish you all a happy and peaceful Christmas and New Year.
CCM Carol Service 2025
On Thursday, 18 December, the CCM community gathered for our annual Christmas Carol Service and to reflect on our chosen theme of ‘Generosity’. Thank you to the Religion and Music Departments for preparing the students and for providing us with a lovely lead in to our Christmas break. We were delighted to hear from Killian Keane and Caoimhe Doherty, our Head Boy and Head Girl, who spoke about the wide array of student-centred activities that took place this term.
Well done to everyone who helped to create this lovely community event.

CCM TALENT SHOW 2025
Once again, the stage was beautifully dressed by Sonia Cowman, setting a lovely scene for our annual Christmas Talent Show. This year, we welcomed Ms Smith to the stage to the stage as MC and we were treated to a diverse programme of acts, including music, song and dance from our very talented students. Thank you to our judges, Ms Clulow, Mr De Hóra and Head Girl, Caoimhe Doherty, who had the difficult task of choosing the winners. And very well done to our winners, as follows;
1st Place: Justin and Taras Ivanets, Charlie Seery-Freir, Michael Adekunle, Joel Jojo and Steven Doyle: ‘Eye of the Tiger’.
2nd Place:Sadhbh Keating: ‘Hopelessly Devoted to You’.
3rd Place: Frank and Cole: ‘No King has More’.
Judges’ Award: Ed and Dennis Morrissey: Original Song.

Christmas Trip – Second Years
All Second year students went on a trip to the cinema in Gorey to watch Zootropolis 2. They all really enjoyed the film and were fantastic representatives for CCM on the day. A great day was had by all. Thanks to the tutors for their work with the group. Thanks to all involved in arranging this trip.
Rotary Presentations
Thank you to Andy Bolger and the Wicklow Rotary Club who presented certificates and prizes to senior students Sophie Ferguson, Michaela Hunarova, Conor McEvoy and Abbhay Singh for their involvement with the Rotary Youth Leadership Competition which took place in the run up to Midterm.
